Our policies

🌵Unless stated as exact plant, all plants purchased and pulled will be growers choice. All plants are similar in shape and size to the plant pictured in the listing. Variegation, leaf shape and size may vary. We will not be able to send pictures of the exact plant you are getting.
🌵We ship Mondays and Tuesdays-please note that we need some time to process your order. Please refer to the estimated shipping times on each listing
🌵We recommend not altering the plant once it's arrived for at least 7 days to allow it to recover from any shipping stress and become acclimated to its new environment.
🌵We take pride in our packing process but please be aware that it is normal for plants to experience shipping stress. Some symptoms of stress may include yellowing, wilting, loss of leaves, and minor damage to branches. Well-rooted plants will recover quickly.
🌵Should your plant arrive in poor condition, please contact us within 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY with proof of the issue through either photo or video with no alterations made to the plant. Failure to contact us within this time frame, failure to provide proof, or altering the plant in any way may void an opportunity for a refund/replacement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
🌵Unfortunately we are not able to offer lifetime guarantees because these are live plants as proper care falls of the responsibility of the buyer once the plant is out of our care.
🌵We are also the assumption that you are an informed buyer buyer with basic plant care knowledge. Please do your research if you are unfamiliar with a plant. We will do our absolutely best to guide you but once the plant is in your care, it is your responsibility to provide the proper environment needed to thrive.
🌵We cannot guarantee the success of cuttings as rooting/propagation also depends on the environment you provide. 
🌵The Jungle is not liable for packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier. NO EXCEPTIONS.
🌵WINTER SEASON-PLEASE purchase a heat pack if you are in a climate with temps 45 degrees and below. It it your responsibility to know if you need one as we are not able to check the weather for every order. We are not responsible for damage caused by not purchasing. NO EXCEPTIONS.
🌵TRANSIT DELAYS-We use USPS 2-day priority complimentary to you, however, with COVD-19 and other factors, mail has been extremely delayed. We HIGHLY recommend upgrading to priority express. The Jungle is not responsible for any damage due to delays in transit by not upgrading.
